THUNDERSTORM Handpainted Superfine Merino Top 4 oz

Description

This is 4 oz of the softest Merino out there. An amazing 18.5 microns, this is classified as "Merino 90's-100's". It's pricier then "regular" fine Merino, which is around 21 microns, but I think you will find it totally worth it. There is no softer wool out there! Truly a joy to spin.

I handpainted this in high-quality professional acid dyes in my "Thunderstorm" colorway. Moody skies over the water inspired this mix of dark purple and smoke colors.

Note that this is not a superwash wool and will need to be washed with care by hand.
