The Goat in the Rug

Description

Named after one of my favorite children's books of all time. The color reminds me of the color of the book cover.

This skein is 100g of 100% Superwash Blue Faced Leicester. It is soft and had incredible bounce! The yardage is approximately 400 yards/365 meters - which should be more than enough for a pair of socks, a scarf or a small shawl.

As with any sock yarn, check your pattern for yardage expectations. Gauge should be 7-8 stitches to the inch on 2.25mm (US 1) to 3.25mm (US 3) needles, but please check your gauge if you're following a pattern. This and all our sock yarns come from a smoke-free, (small) dog and cat - friendly household. We don't let the animals play in the yarn, though.
