Ghoulish Goulash Hand Painted Alexa Sock Yarn. A tasty stew of ghoulishly delicious browns, with paprika, of course. Mmmmmm. Yummy. Mwhahahahaha!Photograph note: The yarn is not blue; it is composed of many grays. My dopey camera saw it as blue and wouldn't change it no matter what I did.
This yarn makes the most delicious socks and scarves imaginable! So soft!
Alexa is 80% superwash merino wool/ 20% nylon, it is a true sock yarn. It's almost too pretty to use for socks. It would make great scarves with no itch attached. You have to knit with it to believe how lovely it is!
Alexa is dyed with quality acid dyes, as are all my yarns.
The heft of the yarn is close to Penny. It has a lot of loft after washing but in stitching it is a true sock yarn.
115 grams; approx 420 yards.
Fingering Weight: 7-9 sts/inch, size 0-3 needle.
80% merino wool/ 20% nylon
Be aware that monitors don't always show the colors accurately.
Please hand or machine wash in cold water! Lay flat to dry.
