Abalone Tribal Maori Double Twist Pendant

DESCRIPTION: This is for one Abalone (see description below) Mother of Pearl pendant. It is 1 3/4" long, 15/16" at it's widest part, and 3/8" at it's thickest part (it's nice and thick). The last picture shows that we carry the same shell in a yummy white South Sea shell.

The symbol is a Maori (Polynesian, New Zealand) double twist, which represents the joining together of two people or two cultures for eternity. Even though they experience highs and lows of life they remain bonded by friendship and loyalty for life.

ABALONE SHELL: Abalone...in my opinion, the most beautiful gem made by the sea! Abalone comes from many places, such as Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and even the US. We supply only the highest quality variety.

OUR SHELL/MOTHER OF PEARL CARVINGS: Our Mother of Pearl carvings are made from only the best, highest-quality shell from around the world and the designs are very unique. All of our pendants have beautiful luster (a green-pink sheen or some of the white ones have a bright white sheen) that doesn't show up in the pictures.
