Layered in 3 lengths to make it big and poofy.

This tutu is designed to be a longer fit on an infant...perfect for a photo prop.

Waist measures approx 14-16" & will fit approx 3,6, & 9mos. Measure your little ones waist for best fit, tutu is non returnable.

Made with yards and yards of premium tulle made in the USA.
The ribbon is double faced satin 1.5" wide and has a generous amount to tie in front, side, or in the back.
