Vintage Grey Ruched Velvet Cloche Hat
Description
This beautiful grey velvet hat has elegant ruching. It still has a tag on it and is apparently unworn. It is lined with a stiff twill to give it structure. No tag. In great shape, I do see one faint scratch on the velvet that is about an inch long, it is on top and doesn't show up. I just don't want surprises for you.height 6"
