This yarn was handspun by me using a Kromski Symphony spinning wheel. Shetland wool is a medium-stapled wool, combining softness and strength. This 2-ply yarn will wear well, but is still suitable for next-to-skin wear and has a definite "squoosh" factor!

Please note: due to the spinning process, this yarn is in 2 skeins (1 100 yard skein and 1 mini 30 yard skein).

This yarn could felt. If you do not wish your project to felt, please hand wash in cool water with no agitation and lay flat to dry.

Handspun yarns are unique and are not the same as mill spun yarns. A slight variation in thickness throughout the skein is characteristic of handspun yarn and is not considered a defect.

I have done my best to represent the colors in this item accurately, but please remember that all monitors show colors differently. If you have any questions, please convo me prior to buying the item.

All my yarns come from a smoke-free but dog-friendly home.
