Handspun Wool Yarn

Description

Bright and to the point! This yarn has swirls of distinct color: lime green, aquamarine and smoky deep blue. This is not subtle yarn, but not so aggressive that you will be seen from down the block either.

This yarn is 100% wool from our friend Howard's Border Leicester sheep. It is handspun, hand dyed and single ply. It is spun thinner than my usual. I would use a size 6 or a size 7 needle to knit with it.

There are 2 skeins of 80 yards each, priced at $15 each.

BL wool should wet-felt but as a cautionary note, I think you would lose the swirly effect,
Why not needle-felt it?
