Lilac Loops - hand hammered sterling silver earrings with faceted amethyst briolettes.
Description
These delicate, darling earrings are whimsical and light. Shining sterling curls create the look of a small hoop earring, while richly coloured purple amethysts bring sparkle and life. Versatile and bright, perfect for any occasion. :)I designed these ear wires, forging them from solid sterling silver. I hammered them for strength and texture, and used sterling silver to attach these gorgeous amethyst briolettes.
The hoop hooks are 1.5cm across (5/8 inch), the amethysts are 9mm (3/8 inch). The earrings hang a total of 3cm (1.25 inches) from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the amethyst.
