What started as a plain wooden bangle is now a one of a kind, eco-chic accessory!

This bracelet is covered in a New York State map. The Catskill region is featured, and visible town names include Jefferson, Gilboa, Ridgebury, Ulster Heights, Cherry Valley and Lexington. Symbols for campgrounds, ski slopes and parks are seen alongside road signs and names. This map came out of a 2004 atlas. A glossy green interior completes this unique statement piece.

Once covered in paper the bangle is coated with several layers of a glossy sealant. You can wear it with confidence around water, although as with most jewelry, I do not recommend hot-tubbing with this particular bracelet.

The bracelet is 1" tall with a 2.5" (6.5 cm) opening. I recommend measuring a bracelet that fits you well to determine if this is a good size for you. It weighs less than an ounce, perfect if you like a chunky look without a lot of weight.
