Gothic Black Velvet Choker

A classic of the Victorian era and essential to any wardrobe!

A simple yet elegant black velvet ribbon choker. It is 6/8" wide (18 mm) and features end crimps, an extension chain and closes with a lobster clasp.

It measures a total of 15 2/8 inches (39 cm) and will fit necks between 12.5 and 15 2/8 inches (32-39 cm). Do you need it longer or shorter? Just convo me and I'll be happy to customize one for you at no extra charge.

You can use it as is or add your own brooch, pin or flower. It looks beautiful with club wear, Renaissance, Fairy or Victorian costuming, Gothic Lolita dresses, evening wear and (why not?) every day wear.

You will receive it inside a black organza bag.

Care of your choker
Even though it’s made of ribbon, this choker is as delicate as any piece of jewelry. Treat it gently; do not pull off the clasps with excessive force and store it neatly when you take it off.

Fitting
These chokers are meant to fit tight. To see if you are wearing it correctly, try to turn it around in your neck. If it moves easily, it’s too loose, and you need to close it tightly.
