Art Quilt Series - Branch and Bird

Description

I truly am a quilter at heart – I LOVE taking smaller units and composing them into larger pieces. These wee quilts are 5" square, and have a layer of batting, and then a layer of peltex, (used to stiffen baseball cap brims). The peltex adds a a bit more definition to the quilting, and makes the quilts stiff enough to stand propped up anywhere, and hang nice and flat. After the quilting is done, a layer of fabric on the back covers it up, I then stitch on a hanging loop.

Each piece is a one of a kind piece of art, please refer to the last photo (remember to click zoom for ++ detail) to see which ones are still available. You can hang these singly, or as multiples. The listing is for a single bird, please SPECIFY COLOR & NUMBER in the notes to seller.
