IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PLAQUES:

Plaques come in two sizes:
Medium = measures approximately 8 1/2" x 6" - Price $16
Large = measures approximately 7 3/4" x 10 1/4" - Price $22

This listing is for a LARGE sized plaque. Plaques also come in various different shapes. I will try my hardest to get the shape that is pictured, or the shape that you want, but I cannot guarantee that you will get the same shape as in the picture. Of course, I will communicate with you on the plaque shape that I have available before I complete your order.

Style:

Please specify the person's name you would like to appear on the plaque in the comments section when you are checking out. Please make sure to double check the spelling of the name before checking out. If you have a specific vision of the exact items you want to appear on the plaque, please be very specific with your description.

Lettering:

There are four styles of lettering that I usually use when personalizing items, that are shown as one of the images on this listing. Please let me know the type of lettering that you would like. If you do not specify the type of lettering, I will use one that goes best with the design I am painting on the plaque.

The first name is always included on plaques; if you don't want to include a name just let me know. I can also add a middle name and/or birthdate (you will just have less design).

Color Scheme:

Usually, I match the name on the plaque to one of the colors of the theme, but if you would like the name to be a specific color, please let me know. I can alternate letter colors in the Bubble or Block style lettering ONLY (for example, RYAN: R = red, Y = yellow, A = blue, N = green).
