This modern abstract collage was created with artist grade acrylic paints, prepared tissue papers and vintage wall paper. Two coats of gloss varnish have been applied to assure long life and protection against UV rays.

The canvas used is 3/4 inch deep staple-free canvas. The sides are painted black and are visible in this type of framing.

Floater frames are very popular as alternate framing treatments for contemporary paintings. The canvas floater frame doesn't cover the edge of the painting but instead appears to 'float' around the edge.
