Custom-Made Baby Pixie Hat -Any Colors
Description
The hat shown was commissioned by my customer and friend, the very talented photographer Laura Marks. You can see more of her work at http://www.lauramarksphotography.com. The photos of the baby and the 3 year old in the hat are samples of her amazing pictures. The 3 year old is wearing the same hat as the baby -- he grabbed it and was clowning around :) You can see that it looks as cute on him as on the 6 month old baby.I knit these hats from soft, luxurious Merino wool. This yarn has a lot of elasticity, especially when wet. After you handwash the hat you can stretch it to size. That way you can get a lot of wear from it. The hat is made to fit from about 4 months to 1 1/2 years, but as you can see, its life can be extended further!
The hats in Lime and Blue, Lime and Brown, Navy and Gray, and Teal and White were recent purchases by customers. They all would look great on boys, but don't limit yourself to the male gender. Picture how lovely this hat would look in Rose and Pink, or Pink and White, or Rose and Gray. I can also make the hat in solid colors if you prefer, or even in three colors. Your imagination sets the limit!
You too can have one of these custom knit hats. IT CAN BE MADE IN ANY COLORS YOU CHOOSE. PLEASE CONTACT ME AND LET ME KNOW YOUR COLOR CHOICE OR PUT IT IN THE "NOTES TO SELLER" BOX ON THE ORDER FORM.
Expect a wait of a week or more before I can complete the hat and ship it to you. (There's just about always a waiting list!) Don't hesitate to send me any questions you may have.
The hat will be knit by me in my smoke-free, pet-free studio and packaged beautifully and securely to arrive at your home in perfect condition.
