Romance Series, 2 inch Wild Cherry button with paper embellishment, green floral
Description
This is a new series of buttons I am doing called the "Romance" series...these buttons were inspired by Jane Austen, specifically 'Pride and Prejudice' and all things Victoriana... They just make me want to recite poetry and sip tea.This button was embellished with a page from a vintage "flower book" which has fallen apart...this image is of the "rose". It measures 2" long and has been coated with beeswax all over. These buttons are intended more for decoration purposes (think: pillows, purses and bags, scarves, hats, jewelry, etc. NOT clothing!)
