Goose with Golden Egg Ceramic Tile Susan Marie McChesney 1982

Description

This colorful ceramic tile is just under 6” square and features an artwork illustration by Susan Marie McChesney. A white goose with a blue ribbon has just laid a golden egg. The bottom of the tile reads “My tastes are simple, I like the best.” This front of this tile is in excellent condition. The back has “puddles” of some kind of heavy duty adhesive and remnants of plywood that are stuck (tenaciously) to the adhesive. There is some staining on the back and the outer edges where the ceramic is not protected by glaze. This would be a cute piece to hang or use as a trivet.

Measures 5 7/8” square.
