Details:

Strapless
2 inch thick internal elastic at top of bust to keep in place
2 different fabrics used
Form fitting bust, free waist and Hips
Bubble gathered skirt bottom, with internal elastic bottom
Optional belt to give waist definition! Can be worn with or without the belt, and belt can be worn with other outfits!
Mini dress length, perfect for any occasion!
Dress can be pulled up to make even more of a bubble/mini length bottom


Measurements for each size based on bust only (free waist/hips) PLEASE ORDER BASED ON ACTUAL BUST SIZE AND NOT JUST BRA SIZE (contact me with questions about sizing if you are confused!!):
