1940s Plaid Cotton House Dress M

Even though this seersucker cotton number is a tad out of season, I couldn't resist listing it. I am a huge fan of wearing the same dresses year round, but just adding tights and a cardigan in the fall and winter months. Not to mention this is a 1940s-era cotton house dress and oh so adorable! The plaid fabric seersucker cotton fabric is in my favorite colors, a mix of blue, gray and slightly mustardy tan. Belt loops, but belt is long gone. Tag says "Joe Barry".

The style is broad in the bust and narrower in the hips. Would work best for a busty M (8-10). Please refer to flat measurements below to be sure:
shoulders - 14 1/2"
bust - 20 1/2"
waist - 18 1/2"
hips - 19 1/2"

Condition: One hole on the collar (at the back of the neck so not very noticeable). A few small holes/wear in fabric in just one area near the hem. See last photos for details. The seams under the arm pits have some small openings, which I will stitch up. Also, could use a soak, this was stored for a long time in a warehouse and smells a little musty.
