when wear the shirred turtle neck up, it is just great to keep your neck warm but not tight ( as I don't enjoy fitted turtle neck sweater at all.. ^^) when pull it down the the shoulders, it's just so cool looking and great for a very sunny afternoon in the patio.

When wear the bottom side up, you get a wide neck opening and the smocked area now is at your waist area, feel free to pull down or up for different looks.
