Lindstrom Micro bevel side cutters - jeweler pliers

These are the best I have used. They are oval-head cutters. I do think the quality of the cutters is important for several reasons. You can work out your own I am sure. Medium - Micro Bevel cut. Maximum cutting capacity - copper or silver wire is 14 AWG and .016" stainless.


This pair has been refurbished by Lindstrom in Sweden, and they are sharp, clean, have new handles, the springs are new, the joint is perfectly aligned, and you would probably never know they are not new if I didn't feel compelled to tell you! Hope it didn't ruin it for you.
When the handles get dirty or the cutters need sharpening, it is always better to let them do it. It does not cost nearly as much as a new pair and they are SOooo good at what they do!


I bought several of these to sell here with my tool kits. I bought a pair for myself and went back for the others. I am not making a fortune, but we all need good tools.

Pic: This is Giz. She is part Scottish Fold and when she was a baby, those ears did almost exactly the same things as the Gizmo in the movie Grimlins did.
Why we have her... She hallucinates. She is not blind and seems to be healthy. She is about 14 years old in the picture (taken last month). When she was a baby, she was going to be euthanized so we took her. She is the cutest Cat. She growls, curses, and occassionally she has to hiss, spit and slap at those things only she can see. She catches some flack from the other cats because of it too. When we brought in the last 5 babies (not all at the same time! just the last five times.), though, she was the first female to grab them, hold them down and give them a good washing. They all love her but when she is after her personal demons, they do give her a wide berth. :D
We love her. She is usually happy in her special world.
