Norman Tunic - Mauve Wool
Description
This is a rather versatile women's tunic. I made it from 100% wool, and hand-dyed it for a mottle, rustic look to a lovely rose/mauve type color. It is basically the style worn over smocks by Norman women back in the 1000s. For a modern look, wear it over leggings or jeans. Or wear it as fantasy larping garb!Here are the measurements of the tunic:
Shoulder width: about 17"
Bust: about 40"
Length: about 39"
Remember, this looks best a bit baggy, so I would recommend it for the 34"-38" bust size range.
Care instruction: Wash on a warm or cold cycle. Tumble dry with low heat or hang to dry. Do not use bleach!
