Very 80s vintage Toni Todd dress. Red with white polka dots, original belt, peplum skirt, dolman cut short sleeves and of course, padded shoulders. ILGWU tag. Polyester. No noted flaws or odors. Labeled a size 14 but please refer to measurements:

WAIST: 15” + across (elasticized)

HIPS: 21” across

LENGTH: 48” shoulder to hem
