Marwal African Woman Chalkware Bust
Description
Here is a lovely and beautiful bust of an African woman in a cream colored and gray head wrapItem is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. I believe this piece was produced in the 1960's. Measures approx. 9 1/2" tall x 5" wide.
Only flaws look like ones that occurred during production; there are small black paint specs on the tip of her nose and on her left cheek. There is also cream colored spec on her forehead just below the head wrap.
The back has a stamp that says Marwal Ind.Inc
