I love the distressed look of older, more ancient relics. This ring symbolizes sweet innocence and romance from a time gone by. The gemstone used is a rainbow moonstone and was recently popularized by the books and movies in the Twilight series. My teenager is dying to see the new movie--ready to come out any day now.

Rainbow Moonstone is in the feldspar family along with Labradorite. A characteristic of this stone are blue flashes in its milky color.
