Clock Just in Time Earrings

Description

Clock "Just in Time" Earrings constructed from recycled tin cans and clock hands by Harriete Estel Berman. Stop time with these one of a kind earrings. I have never made anything like these and used a very unusual tin lid with the roman numeral clock face.

The recycled tin cans are from post consumer tin cans rescued from their destiny as trash. I also used "rescued" brass plated clock hands (from my grandfather's collection of stuff) which swing gracefully back and forth when you wear the earrings.

The earrings are very lightweight and strong because of the embossed form.

Sterling silver posts are artfully concealed on the back with 10k gold jump rings to the earring. Sterling silver rivets hold the layers of the post portion together.

Colors are a pale aqua green and pale yellow detail, clock face with Roman numerals, center form is slightly detached along the inside edge for more depth.
