Last Supper Crosses - Size 15 X 9 inches

Description

This is a hand crafted, wooden wall hanging depicting the Last Supper of Jesus Christ. The crosses contain many symbolisms, as described below.

The overall dimensions are approximately 15.5 inches by 9.25 inches and it is 5/8 inches thick. It is made of solid wood from one wide board; there are no glued up wood panels. The cutouts go through the wood, thus your wall will show behind it. There are "V" hooks on the back for hanging it on a wall without a "picture frame" wire showing through the cutouts. A clear finish has been sprayed on it to protect the wood and enhance it's beauty. I personally made this in my wood shop and the photo shown is taken of the actual item that will be sent.

The large cross represents Jesus.
The cup and bread symbolize the Blood and Body of Christ.
The 12 small crosses represent the twelve disciples.
The cross touching the side of Jesus represents Thomas.
The cross that is integral to Jesus represents John.
The upside-down cross represents Peter (and his martyrdom).
The 2 crosses integral to each other represent the disciples that were brothers.
The lone cross with 2 coins represents Judas, who betrayed Jesus.
