3oz each. Roasted garlic bagels with sun-dried tomatoes and bacon. A touch of a mix of Mediterranean herbs take this bagel over the edge into a pizza bagel. They come topped with a bit of dried garlic.
These bagels are delicious!
Made with a mix of whole wheat and bread flour, yeast, oat bran, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, lavender, thyme and rosemary, with garlic and pink salt high in electrolytes and lower in sodium than traditional table salt.
The egg used for the wash on top was from a local farmer.
I bake these fresh, upon ordering, freeze them, and then ship them to you.
