AIR BRUSHED - Hardcore Art Yarn by Loop

"Air Brushed" is a very special corespun yarn and is the first of many to be listed in the shop. Unlike the corespun yarns I spin on my spinning wheels, I corespin my "Hardcore" art yarns on my carding machine. Yes, you read that right- my carding machine.

I recently invested in a mini mill carding machine and am excited to roll out a bunch of new products I'll be carding as well as spinning on this amazing piece of equipment. One of these new products is corespun yarn. I call it "Hardcore" because I use a thicker core for these yarns than my wheel-spun corespun. But don't worry! The fiber I card and then wrap around the core is always next-to-the-skin soft.

This yarn contains alpaca, wool, kid mohair, bamboo,, tencel, and angelina.
