Description

I'm pleased to offer this WINTER SAMPLER painting e-pattern (which is also available as an 8x10 print in a separate listing).

The SPRING, SUMMER, and AUTUMN e-patterns are being offered in separate listings, but I've included photos of them here so you can see them. (Again, this listing is for WINTER only).

Each individual e-pattern is $4.99, but if you purchase the entire set of four, the price is $15.00. Just convo me for an adjusted invoice.

All of the seasonal samplers feature an upper/lowercase sampler style alphabet and numbers, a season appropriate scene, quotation, and border, all on a lightly antiqued/distressed background that resembles lightly tea-stained linen.

WINTER: "No snowflake ever falls in the wrong place." (Proverb) Two blanket-clad sheep admire the holly bush in front of this old colonial home... the trees are bare and the snow has started to fall on this chilly winter's day. Border of vine and snowflakes. (originally appeared in Winter 05 issue of PaintWorks magazine)

SPRING: "Spring unlocks the flowers to paint the laughing soil." (Reginald Heber 1783-1826). Two doves begin a courting rituatl amid the rose garden on a sunny spring day. Border of vine and roses. (originally appeared in Spring 06 issue of PaintWorks magazine)

SUMMER: "O summer day beside the joyous sea!" (Henry Wadsworth Longfellow 1807-1882). Two seagulls and a little sailboat glide past a patriotic old colonial and lighthouse. Border of vine and stars. (originally appeared in Sept. 05 issue of PaintWorks magazine)

AUTUMN: "Autumn...the year's last, loveliest smile." (William Cullen Bryant 1794-1878). Two crows admire the pumpkin sitting in front of an old New England saltbox on this crisp fall day. Border of vine and autumn leaves. (originally appeared in Autumn 05 issue of PaintWorks magazine)
