Gives firm support to ease wrist strain while typing at the computer. Helps to ease Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Arthritic cramping when using the keyboard for extended periods of time.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Microwave your wrist support pillow and Mouse Pillow to provide a moist heat therapy for your wrist, while using the computer.Flaxseed contours easily to your wrist offering comfort and support.

For Cold Therapy, Place in a freezer bag and chill
in the freezer of refrigerator.


All ingredients are organic. Your wrist pillow will arrive with an instructional card, tied with bow, heat sealed in a bag, and wrapped in tissue paper!

WHY USE FLAXSEED AS A FILLER?

The actual seed of flax contains 30 – 40% of an oil
known Flaxseed Oil. This oil remains inside the seed.
When the seeds are heated, the soft shell of the seed
allows for moisture to be absorbed. As the seeds cool,
a moist heat is released. Flaxseeds unique thermal and
oil content allow for it to heat quickly and retain heat
for 30 -45 min, making it an ideal natural heating product.
Flaxseed offers a moist therapy relief.


WHY FLAXSEED AND NOT OTHER FILLERS, SUCH AS RICE?

Flaxseed will not crack, weighs less than rice and
adjusts comfortably to the contours of the body.
Cheaper fillers such as rice, tend to clump and will
lose their ability to retain water after repeated use.
If they dry out, they are more likely to become scorched.
Rice tends to have a ‘cooked food odor’.
Although flaxseed is more expensive,
I believe it to be the best product to use for all my
Hot and Cold Therapy Wraps/Packs.
