Oh My Hattie Carnegie Vintage Enamelled Orange Butterfly Brooch

I was pretty thrilled when I picked up this unique little piece of Hattie Carnegie. I have searched hundreds of listings in dozens of shops and still have not found another brooch exactly like this one.
It is classic Hattie - her sense of humor and delight in kitschy characters was one of her hallmarks.
Measuring approx. 3" x approx 1", this piece features a ribbon like swirl, enamelled in bright orange, yellow and chocolate, upon which a green enamelled sprig of leaves and a bright butterfly are perched.
The base of the brooch is a gold-finished base metal.
An oval cartouche with 'Hattie Carnegie' in script identifies this piece.
