Description
Black and white polka-dot Guinea rooster plumage feathers fringe on black bias tape.The length is approximately 2" from the top of the bias tape to the bottom of the feathers.
These are all natural, not dyed.
You can take the feathers off and use them that way if you want to, or leave them on for bigger multi-media projects.
