The Peacock Rosette Fascinator was made from Iris, Blueberry, and Lilac Wool Felt hand-cut petals that have been folded into tiny origami rosettes, then appliqued to stay in a neat little bunch. Six hand-cut Moss Wool Felt leaves complete the beauty of this exquisite adornment. The hairpiece stays in place with a hidden black elastic band, encircling the head, which fits most.
