Ballet Romance Vintage Print Ornate Wondura Frame 1950s 1960s

Description

This is a sweet vintage paper print of a couple striking a dramatic ballet pose that is set into an ornate molded and gilded plastic frame. The print is on a textured paper that is mounted directly onto the front of the frame. The frame is deep, so the print is recessed about 1 1/8” from the forward edge of the frame. The frame and the print are in excellent condition. There is a label on the back that identifies this as “an original wondura frame” and it is made by the M. Goodman Manufacturing Company. There is also a label showing that this originally came from the Frederick & Nelson department store in Seattle.

Print measures about 4.5” by 3.5” and frame measures 8.5” by 7.5.”
