Rome Fascinator - Feather flower headpiece and birdcage veil.

Description

This fascinator and veil designed by Tied & Feathered would look great worn to a wedding or a fancy party.

The flower is made up of royal blue feathers turned in towards each other. They are set on a sinamay base in the same blue.

The merry widow birdcage veil is black with spots. The black compliments the blue perfectly and skims across half your face when worn.
