Coffee with Buttons On - mini blank book from recycled materials

Description

This adorable little blank journal with soft tan/brown pages to jot down ideas on the go, or over a cup of joe. It makes a beautiful mini-art journal, and could be a lovely mini-scrapbook.

The pages contain 10% Coffee Fiber 100% post consumer recycled content. The sleeve is 100% recycled paperboard, and the piece of decorative paper on the central spread was upcycled from what was a delicious gourmet chocolate bar made in Brooklyn NY. The buttons were from my eternal button stash and were affixed using tea-stained binding thread. Tea-stained binding thread was also used for the coptic-stitch that binds this fantastic little book together.

Spine Length: 2.625 inches (6.7 cm)

Thickness: .5 inches (1.3 cm)

Materials: One upcycled coffee sleeve. Coffee fiber/ recycled paper. One small rectangle of decorative paper inside. Two buttons (red and purple). An arms length of tea-stained binding thread.

64 pages (including front and back of each page). Plus front and back cover, and additional sleeve parts and decorative paper inside.
