Description
BIG SKY is an earthy blend of sky blues, white puffy clouds, terra cotta rust and deep dark brown. The brown is our chocolate natural colored Corriedale/Merino cross fleeces and the rest of the colors (except the white, of course) are hand-dyed. There’s a bit of gold sari silk carded in to add some dimension and layers of color surprises !“Millie” Roving is the name of our own milled roving designed and crafted on a circa 1912 cottage industry mill. The descriptions will indicate if this is superwash fiber or farm-raised roving. Naming the brand of roving makes it easier to enter your roving in your Ravelry stash under this listing for EKF yarns/fibers. The names in all caps are the roving colorways. We hope you enjoy this roving – it is absolutely beautiful to spin and drafts with ease – making your spin a fantastic experience.
