Use 1 T per foot soak: 8 soaks per jar

After a hard day, nothing feels better than a long hot soak of the feet. I rarely have time to soak my whole body in the tub, so I created this foot soak because I could still to other things while I relaxed my feet. The eucalyptus and mint in this soak is very invigorating while the oatmeal and glycerin help to soften those tired feet.

For external use only.

Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate, Dead Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Finely Ground Oatmeal, Glycerin, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Spearmint

Magnesium Sulfate is thought to help reduce swelling and is used also for minor sprains and bruising.

Dead Sea Salt is high in mineral content (90% minerals) and helpful for healthy skin.

Baking Soda, Oatmeal and Glycerin help to soften skin.

Eucalyptus is used as a deodorant, antiseptic, antibiotic and may help with respiratory conditions.

Peppermint is thought to be an antiseptic, tonic and anti-inflammatory. For coxalgia, dyspepsia, sea sickness, fever, stress and migraine

Spearmint is a comforting scent which can be relaxing and help to relieve mental fatigue. It is slightly antiseptic and may be useful for minor skin eruptions
