Hammered Copper Necklace - Abstract 3 - OOAK

Description

A beautiful abstract piece with great texture! The pendant for this necklace was cut, hammered and sanded by hand then polished to a high shine for an interesting contrast of luster and rough hewn style. The entire pendant is one piece, including the bail. The pendant comes on a black leather cord with a sterling silver lobster claw. The bail on this piece is large enough that you can replace the leather cord with a chain if you wish. Although a coating of bees wax was applied to protect the surface it will gain a natural patina over time that is unique to the wearer and celebrates the wabi sabi in life. The pendant can be cleaned with a soft polishing cloth or remove it from the leather cord and wash with a gentle soap and water if needed. This necklace ships in a gift box.

This piece has a one of a kind shape that will never be repeated exactly. It was cut free hand without the use of a pattern.
