Meet Mere, named after a lovely Samoan mama & friend, and the Old English word for sea; and designed for my little girl who LOVES mermaids right now.

Mere is approximately 9 inches tall, from the top of her head to the bottom of her fins. She's made using worsted weight yarn, so if you'd like a larger or smaller mermaid girl adjust accordingly. Her hair is the only thing that isn't worsted weight- it's bulky.

This pattern is geared more towards an advanced beginner, as I tend to be very detailed and have included a comfortable amount of images showing most of the parts. The hair instruction is very detailed, especially with the images included.

This mermaid girl's pattern is in .pdf format so you will need Adobe Reader to open the document and print it.

The pattern is 8 pages long with very detailed instructions and over 20 images to help you out.
