BLUE CHAMOMILE - Blended Creme Soap

Description

"Blue Chamomile" is not an essential oil fragrance (just so you'll know). It is a wonderful fragrance oil that has an elegant, light aroma. This scent really does not smell like you'd expect chamomile essential oil to smell. It does smell similar, but, has its own distinct characteristics. Blue Chamomile is another shop favorite! This is a Blended Creme soap. Details about that can be found below : )

This is one of the latest additions to my line of bath and body products called Blended Creme Bars - pretty soaps in limited edition fragrances. Unlike some of the other soaps I offer these bars are intended purely for indulgent pampering. A treat for yourself or someone special! It feels like silky whipped cream and the scents I've chosen are truly top-notch olfactory splendor!

What I love about this soap:
1 - Thick, creamy lather that is absolutely luscious.
2 - The bar itself has a silky pamperific glide
3 - The scents are crisp and true
4 - The texture is soft against your skin and it leaves you feeling very well cared for : )

One of the base components of this bar is my *Bar Naked* soap which is an enriched soap full of pampering oils. It comes unscented and is the perfect choice to use in this formulation. Bar Naked contains avocado, grapeseed, rice bran, wheat germ, amd, castor oils as well as shea butter and palm and coconut oils. I used 65% Bar Naked for this formulation and blended it with a higher quality commercially prepared soap base containing additional olive, coconut, palm, and, castor oils as well as shea butter. sorbitol, sorbitan oleate, safflower oil, and, Kosher vegetable glycerin. The robin's egg blue color is from a mineral based colorant.

By using the process of blending the two soaps together I get the benefits of having the better properties of both all in one bar. My blog about this is a little lengthy but is a good explanation if you are wondering *why* I'd even bother! The end result is quite nice and is a lovely product I am very pleased to offer to my customers!
