The Corpse Bride is a stop-motion-animation film, directed by Tim Burton, based loosely on a 19th century Russian-Jewish folktale version of an older Jewish story.

The Corpse Bride wears a very elaborate wedding dress of lace and felt. Edward Van Dorn wears a demure suit to reflect the boring land of the living versus the lively land of the dead in the movie. Both Moon Buns stand at 4" (10cm) tall and are made of acrylic yarn and felt, lace, polyfil and safety eyes.
