Lovely 15mm black glass 3x3 dotted top center button. Broken shank.Black glass buttons became very popular during Queen Victoria's reign.
These vintage buttons were purchased at an auction. Many of the bins and box's in the bid lot were from Chicago. I assume that this collection started there and ended here in Central New York.
