The Made By Hippies Stone Pendant Hemp Necklace is a very special necklace that can guide and be a companion through life.

This stone is light brown in color with reddish brown and dark streaks through it. The hemp necklace is tied and then has the hemp braided for most of it so the necklace can be adjusted easily for fit. This one measures 28" around how it is tied now but can be adjusted down to however small you like.

This style necklace is great because the stone hangs down on the chest and out of the way and the large size of the necklace allows it to be taken on and off over the head easily for showering, sleeping, or whatever...

Erik first got his in 2001 when traveling to the Artisans Market in San Cristobal De Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico and through many reincarnations in various necklaces has been around his neck every day since.

Amanda was in Mexico in 2005 and bought some similar stones as a gift for her new friend Erik.... In 2007 Erik and Amanda traveled in Mexico and ended up finding lots of very nice stones and started filling their backpacks with them... Then finally in 2009 Erik has a few necklaces made up and ready to sell here on Etsy...

This is definitely a one of a kind item, each stone is as unique as the human wearing it... each is destined to be someones guide somewhere...
