Play Food Crochet Pattern -- Ice Cream Parlor

This pattern was inspired by my sons, who love those plastic ice cream cones where the ice cream snaps on and off of the cone. The only problem is that they also love to launch the pointy plastic cone across the room so I decided to make them a softer version. This pattern includes instructions for:

-- Ice cream dipper: 7" long and 2.75" wide.
-- Ice cream scoop: 2" tall and 3" in diameter.
-- Cake cone: 3" tall and 2.75" in diameter.
-- Sugar cone: 4" tall and 2.75" in diameter.
-- Carton with removable lid: 5.5" tall and 4.5" in diameter.

Using this pattern you can make whatever flavors of ice cream you want! The scoops are removable from the cones so you can mix and match.

To complete this project you will need to know how to chain, double crochet, make a double loop start (tutorial included), single crochet in the round, increase and decrease stitches, and slip stitch. This pattern works up easily in a few hours.
