Description

This is a fantastic piece to wear. Fits like a pencil skirt with a slight flare at the bottom.

I don't know what type of fabric it feels like cashmere to the touch. But i'm not entirely sure. There is no fabric label inside.

The only label reads... Chelsea New York, Fiocco Imported Italian Fabric.

Metal zipper & button at the waist in the middle of the back. It is unlined.

Condition...

Very good, no rips, stains or tears.

Waist - 25 inches
Hip - 35 inches
Length - 27 inches
