Tin Litho Vintage Bird Wind up Toy by Mikuni Japan

Description

Wind up this cute little birdie, and it does a little hop across the table! It's wings and tail flop as it does it's little dance. It has a tin body , and shows only minimal wear, culminating in tiny scratches. Also, the piece seems to have separated a bit, as can be seen in the photos.
This toy was made in Japan, and is quite collectible, and perfect gift for the collector of tin toys or birds.

This red bird with yellow belly is marked with the words "Trademark Mikuni Made in Japan" plus a logo. It is 5 1/2 inches long from head to tail and 4 1/2 inches wide wing to wing.
