Ebony and Raven
Description
Bold mingles with delicate in this statement necklace.Floating freely on top of ebony, our little trickster friend cutout is achieved using a very fine blade fitted in a jeweler’s saw and cut from a teardrop shaped sterling silver disk. The disk is domed slightly and floats on an ebony pendant, turned on a lathe by my husband Bruce.
The pendant is convex on the front and concave on the back making this necklace lighter than it appears.
Pendant measures 1 3/4" in diameter.
Chain length 18".
A collaborative piece by my husband and I.
