neck ruffle - claire

Description

This long neck ruffle can be worn many different ways. Wrap it around your neck twice. Wear it long. Put it around your waist (should fit up to 34") It looks really cute doubled over a scarf or cowl. Just a fun accessory to play with! It would also make a turtle neck shirt much more interesting. If you don't like the long ribbon, just tie it in a bow a few more times.

Two fabrics are alternated. One is a white-on-white flower and leaf pattern. The other is a sofe rose pattern in pale peachy-pink. I added two peachy organza poppies at the tie with freshwater pearls at the center. Off-white satin ribbon. Peach stitching.
Ruffle length: 30.5" by 1.5" (74cm by 4cm)
Ribbon length: 19" on each side (43cm)

First Class USPS for domestic orders. If you buy multiple items, you get free shipping on your additional items. For international orders, I will ship it with International First Class USPS. It says that the time "varies" for this method of shipping and I agree -- it REALLY varies!
